We’re open 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. daily. Admission is $6.00Bz. for adults and $3.00Bz. for children 12 and under (sales tax included).

Tropical Wings Nature Center is located on 22 acres of second-growth tropical forest in Cayo District, Belize. At mile 71 ½ on the Western Highway, we’re about 6 miles west of San Ignacio, and 1/4 mile east of the hand-operated ferry to the Ancient Maya site Xunantunich. By car we’re about a 1 ½ hour drive from the Belize City. All busses going west from Belize City, Belmopan, and San Ignacio, or east from the Guatemalan border, offer frequent service and stop right at our place. Or ask your tour guide/operator/cab driver to include a stop at the nature center as part of your Xunantunich tour.
